Printing technology review

Glue printing is a special printing and dyeing technology that uses special chemical gels to mix dyes with a high degree of seamlessness. The dyes are firmly attached to the fabric through the medium of the gel, overcoming the limitations of water slurry printing.

Advantages: Widely used, bright colors, high degree of restoration, affordable, can be printed in a large area of multiple colors, strong covering power.
Disadvantages: It will stick in hot weather and feel hard.
Material: Suitable for printing of various dark colors and materials.

Reflective printing is achieved by adding special reflective materials, such as glass beads, to the ink resin and printing directly on fabrics of various colors using a screen. When light shines on these reflective materials, the light will be integrated into a cone-shaped beam and reflected back to the light source, making the printed part appear bright, thus playing a warning role.

Advantages: It has a strong "eye-catching" effect under lighting conditions. Safety clothing (or signs) made of this high-visibility reflective material can be easily discovered by night drivers, playing a role in safety alerts.
Disadvantages: Easy to crack and not washable.

Materials: Applied in highway signs, advertisements, posters, special uniforms, police uniforms, and sanitation clothing.

The characteristic of transfer printing is that a certain dye or colorant is first printed on paper or other materials, and then these patterns or patterns are transferred to the fabric through heat pressing and other methods.

Advantages: The patterns are fine, the layers are rich and clear, the artistry is high, the three-dimensional sense is strong, which is beyond the reach of general printing methods, and can print patterns in the style of photography and painting.
Disadvantages: The disadvantage is that a large amount of transfer paper is consumed, and it is washed after printing, which consumes water and produces dirt.

Materials: In addition to being suitable for synthetic fiber fabrics, transfer printing can also be used for printing pure natural fiber fabrics and their blended fabrics.
